Is everything halal?
Every meat item is zabiha halal from two certified suppliers, and there is no pork or alcohol in the building. Certificates are kept at the counter and can be shown on request.
How long does a pickup order take?
Twenty-five to thirty-five minutes. BBQ and tandoor breads are cooked after you order so the whole bag is timed to finish together.
Can I order for later today or tomorrow?
Yes. Pick a time slot at checkout for the same day, or call for a next-day time. Trays are always scheduled, never same-hour.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Call within five minutes and we cancel or change it at no cost. After that the food is already portioned into the degh queue, so it is handled case by case. See the refund policy.
Do you deliver and what does it cost?
Within six miles of the restaurant. Delivery is $4.99 and free over $35. Most orders land in forty-five to sixty minutes.
What if my delivery arrives cold or wrong?
Call the same evening. We re-cook the item for your next visit or refund that line, whichever you prefer. Photos help but are not required.
Do you use third-party couriers?
Our own drivers handle everything inside three miles. Beyond that we use a local courier partner, and the driver name is texted to you when they collect.
How much notice do party trays need?
One day for up to ten trays and two days beyond that. Weekend dates in wedding season fill weeks out.
How many people does a tray feed?
A 5 lb small tray serves eight to twelve as part of a spread; an 11 lb large tray serves twenty to twenty-five. The tray calculator on the menu page does the arithmetic for you.
Do you deliver and set up trays?
Delivery within twelve miles is $35 flat. Chafing racks and sterno are $8 per tray, refunded when the racks come back.
Is there a deposit?
Half up front on orders over ten trays, the balance on delivery. Deposits are refundable up to seventy-two hours before the event.
Can you cook something less spicy?
Most curries can be made mild if you ask in the special instructions. Nihari, karahi and achari dishes are spiced during the long cook and cannot be toned down.
Do you have nut-free or dairy-free dishes?
Several, but the kitchen is not a nut-free or dairy-free facility and cross-contact is possible. Tell us your allergy and the manager will walk the menu with you.
Is there a vegetarian menu?
Eleven vegetable curries, biryani rice, vegetable biryani, spring rolls and all breads. Vegetarian dishes are cooked in separate pans with separate utensils.
How do Aroma Rewards points work?
One point per dollar spent on food, tracked against your phone number. Points post the next morning and expire after eighteen months of no orders.
Do catering trays earn points?
Yes, and every five trays earns a sixth at half price for twelve months from your first tray order.
What payment methods do you take?
Card, cash and pay-by-link. Cards are charged at pickup or on delivery. Nothing is held in advance for regular orders.
Can I get an invoice for a company?
Yes. Ask at checkout or email the catering desk with the billing name and address; invoices are issued the same week.
